We are a small and innovative literary agency offering a very personal service to the finest writers.  We represent literary fiction and high quality non fiction, always with an emphasis on quality, originality and international appeal. Our writers are based in Scotland, the UK, Canada, USA and further afield.

The agency was founded in 2006 by the former Orion editor Maggie McKernan and is based in Edinburgh and London. We work in association with the Capel & Land agency in London which handles translation, US, film and TV sales for our clients to enable us to provide the finest service.
