To make a submission to the McKernan Agency, please use the form below, filling in the fields as follows:
Your email address: The email address where you would like to receive confirmation of receipt of your submission.
Subject of your enquiry: The title, genre, and word count of your completed manuscript (fiction), or title and subject of your proposal (non-fiction).
Text of your enquiry: Please include, in order:
1) contact details including postal address and telephone number
2) brief biographical information including relevant writing credits
3) a list of publishers and other agents you have submitted the work to, if any
4) a synopsis or outline of the work submitted
5) the first two chapters of the work or equivalent
Please note that formatting, such as underlining and italics, is generally preserved when you 'cut and paste' into the form, even when this doesn't show up in the browser.
Once you have sent the form you should receive an email confirming that we have received your submission. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours then please do feel free to resubmit - but do check first that your spam filter is not blocking emails from us.
