Hugh Dodd is an artist and writer, specialising in golf. He's based in North Berwick, close to the golf course, in the appropriately-named Links House.



The Greatest Game - The Ancyent & Healthfulle Exercyse of the Golff is a new book by Hugh Dodd in collaboration with the writer Professor David Purdie, and with a foreword by Colin Montgomerie. It was published by Birlinn on 24 June 2010. The Greatest Game explores the real and fictional history of the game from its foundations in ancient times to the present in humorous prose and with Hugh's brilliant illustrations.
